Mount to a Metal Smokehouse

All Smokai Smoke Generators feature the Smokai-Modular-System™.  This is a mount based system, meaning the mount has been built into the product.  It also makes assembly, disassembly, ash disposal and cleaning super quick and easy. 

To mount your Smoke Generator, simply drill a hole* into the bottom of your metal smokehouse and attach the smoke generator with the two bolts suppled.  

*Hole Diameters Required for Metal Smokehouses:

Smokai Classic Smoke Generator: 20mm or 13/16"
Smokai Magnum and Monster Smoke Generators: 40mm or 1 1/2"

Smokai Magnum and Monster Smoke Generators are the perfect match for your smokehouse. The Smokai Classic is also a good match for smaller smokehouses.

The choice of Smoke Generator depends on two parameters: Smokehouse size (smoke volume) and the required smoking time on one load.
