Calling it a smoker just wouldn’t do it justice.  The Smokai® 3 Litre Smoke Generator was invented and engineered to make cold smoking a breeze and to apply a controllable volume of quality, fresh wood smoke when hot smoking. 

Use it to cold smoke fish, bacon, garlic, olive oil, cheese or put that finishing touch on your hand crafted salami. Cold smoking just doesn't get easier. 

Use it to apply a controllable volume of quality, fresh wood smoke when hot smoking (a separate heat source is also required to cook your food when hot smoking). Whether it be pork ribs, brisket, salmon or poultry, you can now control the  smoke volume separately to the temperature to produce mouth watering results.

LONG-LASTING COOL WOOD SMOKE

Designed to keep on smoking for up to 24* hours, the Smokai® 3 Litre Smoke Generator is ideal for those long, cool smokes.    

Being gravity fed, fresh wood is always dropping to the burn with ash settling on the inside base ready to empty after your smoke.  

The variable speed air pump gives you more control of the smoke volume ensuring you don’t over smoke your food which is often the case with other smoking systems. 

* Smoking time is dependent on the wood cut (pellets, chip), variety (density), pump speed and ambient air conditions. 24 hours using pellets / low pump speed.

 
MOUNTING IT

Your smoke generator must be mounted onto the side of a suitable smoking chamber which is where your food is smoked. 

HOT SMOKING, COLD SMOKING OR BOTH

Before deciding on a suitable chamber, you need to think about whether your smoke generator will be used for cold smoking only, applying a quality smoke when hot smoking, or both.

Mount it on the side of a wooden hive and add an adjustable Smokai® Vent for the perfect cold smoker.

Move it to your BBQ/Grill and mount it quickly using a Smokai® Quick Mount™ adaptor. Here you have full control of the temperature from the BBQ and the smoke volume from the Smoke Generator to produce the perfect hot smoke and sensational flavor.

Attach it to a purpose built smokehouse which you can use for either hot or cold smoking.
