    We offer FREE COURIERPOST delivery on all orders over $100 NZD.  For orders that are below this threshold, we charge a rate of between $7.50 and $15 NZD for CourierPost delivery.

    INTERNATIONAL:

    Smokai Woodchip and Hardwood Pellets are only available to New Zealand Customers. The reason for this is that a lot of countries have strict regulations around the importation of woodchip. Don't worry though. If you're outside of New Zealand, there are plenty of local suppliers of suitable woodchip for your Smokai Smoke Generator.

    A great all-rounder providing a strong, yet faintly sweet flavour.  Smoked products develop a fantastic reddish colour.  Hickory is thought to be the most popular smoking wood variety in the USA and we know why. - it is fantastic.  Often referred to as "Porks best friend", it's great for so many other meats as well.  Pork ribs are a perfect match.

      Smoked Bacon
