    We offer FREE COURIERPOST delivery on all orders over $100 NZD.  For orders that are below this threshold, we charge a rate of between $7.50 and $15 NZD for CourierPost delivery.

    INTERNATIONAL:

    Smokai Woodchip is only available to New Zealand Customers. The reason for this is that a lot of countries have strict regulations around the importation of woodchip. Don't worry though. If you're outside of New Zealand, there are plenty of local suppliers of suitable woodchip or BBQ hardwood pellets for your Smokai Smoke Generator.

    Maple is a fantastic smoking wood that is dense, but light in colour. Smokai Maple Wood is from the same trees that are tapped to produce maple syrup.  It produces a medium smoke with a slight sweetness resulting in an incredible flavour.

      Homemade bacon

      I use the Smokai to cold smoke my homemade bacon. Can not recommend enough. Easy to use, fits my Weber baby Q perfectly and does an amazing job. If you want to make bacon at home get your self one of these.
