Multi award winning Geoff Scott is the owner and Executive Chef of one of New Zealand's premier restaurants, Vinnies by Geoff Scott  

Geoff is proud to offer "house smoked" local produce to his demanding clientele.  In search of a quality cold smoke, Geoff had tried many different techniques, most of which he found frustrating and costly.  He wanted to produce a quality cold smoke easily, without any hassle or mess.   The smoke had to balance Geoff’s secret brine recipes crafting a legendary flavour.  

After meeting the folk from Smokai, Geoff decided to trial the Smokai Magnum Smoke Generator.  After brining, it was time for the first smoke - Geoff was so impressed with the result, it was on the menu that night.  Subsequently, Geoff purchased both a 1-Litre and 3-Litre Magnum Smoke Generator for his restaurant and a number of units for his family and friends.
