CHEESE RECIPES

Smoking cheese adds great dimension to the natural flavours.  You can smoke almost any variety of hard or semi hard cheese and it's so easy to do, especially with a Smokai Smoke Generator.

The smoking duration and wood flavour is a matter of personal preference. Cheese is cold smoked and for best results, smoke for between 2 to 10 hours.
