- 6 whole corn cobs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- Pinch of Cayenne pepper (optional)
De-husk the corn cobs
Crush the garlic and add to melted butter.
Brush the cobs well with melted garlic butter.
Mix the remaining dry ingredients and sprinkle generously over each cob.
Place the cobs on a smoke rack and smoke as follows
SMOKE AS FOLLOWS
Preheat your smoker to 100 Deg C.
Hot smoke 100 Deg C. 1 hour Medium smoke.
Serve straight away with a little more butter.
